A Mining Engineering Graduate with more than 4 decades of experience, Former Controller General of Indian Bureau of Mines. He carries very in depth knowledge in Mining & Minerals.

Ms. Ambili M Nair

An Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Telecommunications & more than 15 years of experience in the field.

Dr. Aparna Nair

A Ph.D. in Sciences, leads biotech research, specializing in molecular and phage biology. With 8 years in bacteriophage research, she drives innovation, notably in phage therapeutics and also assisting in a reputed lab into oral cancer diagnostics. Dr. Nair excels in translational projects, guiding teams in innovation and experiment strategizing.

A Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in Project Management Close to 5 decades of experience in Power Utilities, Mining, Coal & Mineral Beneficiation at various MNCs.

Mr. Animesh Sahay

A Mining Engineer and Former CMD of Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. (MCL) with proven credentials at every position and departments he held during his tenure of services. Accomplishments range mining, to Mining design (while in CMPDI) to execution as CCO and to total management as CMD of MCL.

Dr. S K Acharya

Former CMD of NLC India Ltd. (NLCIL), renowned for his exemplary leadership and an administrator par excellence with proven track record holding experience of more than 4 decades with BHEL/NTPC/NLC etc.

Mr. Mohan Rahangdale

A highly accomplished and reputed Geologist is associated with MaxelS with his highly valued expertise in Assessment of potential Ores/minerals etc., preparation of documentations for various levels of licenses and approvals, interaction with government/PSU etc., preparation of Mining Plan and Scheme of Mine and getting approved from IBM/DGM, feasibility reports for mining projects, contribution to EIA report, Forest de-reservation proposals with interaction with all concerned departments and much more. Mr. Mohan is a NABET approved Functional Area Expert in Geology & HG and is Empanelled.

An IITian of Geophysicyst discipline, sharpe on Technology development and expertise in addressing diverse operational and maintenance requirements with precision.

Dr. Gouri Charan

A distinguished Chief Scientist at CIMFR (CSIR), has contributed significantly to society through teaching, publishing subject-relevant books and papers, conducting groundbreaking research, and work extensively in mineral processing technologies, coal gasification, and carbon credit initiatives.
