ABOUT
MaxelS Tekventures Pvt. Ltd. was formed with the idea of “Redefining Possibilities.” The company started as a technology-driven organization specializing in system integration, automation, technical consultancy, mineral processing, and coal beneficiation, led by experienced industry professionals.
With the Hon’ble Prime Minister emphasizing the National Critical Mineral Mission (NCMM) and opening new R&D frontiers in Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Critical Minerals to support Atmanirbharta, MaxelS entered this domain with strong commitment and scientific expertise, including one of the promoters holding a Ph.D. in Microbiology. Working alongside Western Coalfields Limited, the company has been actively exploring mine overburden for REE and Critical Minerals, successfully completing projects across multiple mines.
TEXMiN Technology Innovation Hub, promoted by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, recognized the pioneering efforts of MaxelS, leading to the establishment of the TEXMiN – MaxelS Centre of Excellence for Critical Minerals & Digital Mineralogy in Nagpur – the geographical and mineral resource center of India.
Together, the Centre aims to develop advanced technologies for exploration, extraction, and digital mineralogy while contributing towards an Atmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat. Looking ahead, MaxelS is also working towards establishing an AI Centre to strengthen the mining value chain from exploration to extraction.
